THE OPPORTUNITY

Turning Complex Projects Into a Centralized Flow

Ask One Question operates at the intersection of strategy, culture, and design—serving brands like Nike, Spotify, and more. But their internal systems weren’t keeping up with their scale. Project info, research notes, and client tasks were scattered across different tools, making collaboration inefficient. Without a clear operational hub, their team struggled with visibility, handoffs, and process consistency across research, design, and production phases. They needed a system that could manage client projects, freelancers, content, and internal knowledge—all in one place.

THE SOLUTION

An End-to-End Client Workspace Built in Notion

AOQ Dashboard – Central Command:

A unified command center for managing clients, projects, freelancers, and research. Everything starts here—with streamlined navigation and quick-action buttons for instant task, meeting, or client creation.

Department Cards – Modular Structure:

We divided the system into key verticals: Management, Research, Production, and Design. Each department has its own space for workflows, deliverables, and team alignment.

Project Hubs – Dynamic + Searchable:

Every client project (e.g., Nike, Spotify) has a dedicated space that includes research phases, tasks, meetings, and internal notes—all fully linked and filtered for clarity.

Integrated Database Network:

Respondents, clients, freelancers, tasks, readings, and meetings are all connected—creating a fluid system with zero duplication or confusion.

Scalable Foundations:

The system was designed for AOQ’s growing needs—handling dozens of clients, new team members, and evolving content without chaos.
