Centralized Team Management System Built in Notion

We built a fully custom Notion workspace to give HRMNY complete control over internal operations, creative output, and client-facing delivery.

Advanced Team Availability System:

We designed a dynamic availability dashboard that synced each member’s working hours with the tasks they were assigned. This allowed leadership to visualize workload in real-time and allocate tasks based on capacity.

Content & Deliverables Tracking:

We created a client deliverables board with filtered views by client, deadline, owner, and status—making it easy to manage deliverables for large clients like the Saudi Esports Federation.

Resource & Document Hub:

All internal SOPs, client briefs, brand files, and past work were organized into a centralized library—accessible by team members with role-based permissions.
